VENDOR INFORMATION FOR DEEP IRVING MARKET DAY

Apply to become a Vendor!

Deep Irving Market Day welcomes artisans and vendors who offer one-of-a-kind products such as original art, handmade crafts, vintage goods, and edibles from locally owned businesses. We generally do not accept mass-produced or nationally available goods.

All vendors are to complete a Vendor Application which includes acceptance of rules and regulations. Submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance to Deep Irving Market Day. The event coordinator may refuse acceptance to any vendor that is deemed ill-suited or inappropriate, or any vendor that does not show up for a scheduled event.

Set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. on market day. All booths must be set up by opening at 10:00. Booths cannot be taken down until market day ends at 5:00. All booths must be attended at all times.

You are solely responsible for any license, permit, insurance, liability, and security for your business. Food vendors that do not have a permit from the City of Irving must obtain a temporary permit.
